I’ve explored numerous counselling theories throughout my career, and I’ve been consistently impressed by the profound impact of lifestyle interventions on mental health. While these interventions aren’t a ‘magic pill’ and often require effort and consistency to yield benefits, their long-term benefits can be transformative. Acquired Brain Injury

If you or someone you care about is living with an acquired brain injury (ABI), Im here to help. With nearly twenty years of experience as a counsellor specializing in ABI, I understand how challenging this journey can be – not just for those directly affected, but also for their loved ones. ABI is often an invisible injury, and I’ve seen firsthand the many ways it can impact daily life and relationships. My goal is to provide compassionate support and practical strategies to help you navigate these changes. Free Initial Consultation

I offer all new clients a free in-person consultation, which is a full 50 min session. This session provides you the opportunity to explore your therapy goals, ask me questions about my practice and assess whether we are a good fit.
